Cancellation Policy
This policy defines how to handle cancellations
- If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
- If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.
Children and Extra Bed Policy
This policy defines the possibility of accommodating children and the availability of extra beds.
- Children can be accommodated at the hotel.
- The Family room has one King size and one single bed. There is capacity for an extra “Z” bed (siutable for children under 10) at an extra cost of £8 including breakfast. Guests are welcome to bring their own babies travelcot for which there is ample space in the room. We can not provide a Babies cot.
Deposit Policy
This defines the policy for prepayment/deposit requirements.
- No deposit will be charged.
VAT and city/tourist taxes
This policy defines VAT and additional city/tourist taxes.
- Service charge is not applicable.
- City/tourist tax is not applicable.
Internet
This describes what type of internet is available, in which location in the hotel and at what cost.
- Wi-fi is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge.
Meal Plan
This policy defines the breakfast and meal plan.
- Full English or continental breakfast is included in the room rate.
Parking
This specifies if parking is available at the hotel, if it is on the street or in a (secure) parking garage and what the costs are.
- Free private parking is possible on site (reservation is not needed).
Pets
This policy defines if pets are allowed or not.
- Pets are not allowed due to the proprietor having an allergy to dogs.
