Disabled and Special Needs Facilities
There is ramped access to the one metre wide front door with level access to the Lounge / Dining room and ground floor twin bedded room, which has sufficient space to manoeuvre and park a wheelchair.
The small en-suite bathroom is accessed via a 3″ step. It comprises a wc with grab rails (a 4″ raised toilet seat is available), a basin on a pedestal with lever taps and a power shower with a large 900mm x 750mm shower tray and grab rails, accessed through sliding glass doors with a 4″ step.
