While your breakfast is freshly prepared, you are invited to help yourself to a starter from the wide range given below

• Chilled orange juice
• Chilled Cranberry juice
• Choice of cereals, warmed milk on request
• A selection of fresh fruit
• Tinned prunes
• A choice of fruit or plain yoghurt

  We offer a fine selection of teas, herbal teas, coffee or chocolate drinks.

• Eggs - as you like them
• Fried, boiled, poached or scrambled
• Grilled back bacon
• Grilled pork sausage
• Fresh mushrooms sautéed in butter
• Fresh grilled tomatoes (tinned on request)
• Baked beans
• Fried bread


We are happy to prepare any combination of the above.

• A choice of, Fried, boiled, poached or scrambled on toast
  or
• Scottish kipper fillets served with wholemeal bread and butter

  White or wholemeal bread fresh or toasted together with a selection of homemade jams and marmalades, and honey.
  With either butter or low fat spread.
