at the time of printing but we ask you to confirm
room rates at the time of booking. VAT is not charged
to your stay at West Ridge.
Rooms are available from 4.30
pm on your day of arrival and we ask that you vacate
your room by 10.00 am on the day of departure, unless
prior arrangements have been made.

Verbal reservations will be held for 5 days, pending
receipt of your deposit if paying by cheque.
Bookings can be confirmed on the telephone upon receipt
of a credit / debit card number (this must be the
card that you intend to use to settle your final account).
All bookings require a deposit of £20.00 per person,
which will be deducted from the final balance, payable
by cash (euros accepted) cheque or credit card.
In the case of cancellation of a confirmed booking,
the deposit is non-returnable. Should you need to
cancel, we will do all we can to reschedule your dates
and / or to re-book the rooms, for cancellations,
within 48hours of arrival, two thirds of the full
amount is payable if the room is not re-let. We do
advise our guests to take out cancellation insurance.
On the day of arrival, rooms are available
from 4.30 pm. On the day of departure, checkout time
is 10 am at the latest. - Unless prior arrangements
have been made.
